LawN & Border can offer a wide range of regular and one off property services. Details below are not an exhaustive list and there are many others that we offer. Some of these are listed on our Extras page but you can contact us direct if you have any specific queries regarding your estate.

Property Services – General Grounds Maintenance

Grounds maintenane

All our estates are maintained on a weekly or fortnightly basis depending on your needs. General regular tasks include:

• Grass Cutting
• Weeding
• Rubbish Collection
• Hedge Pruning
• Light tree pruning (we are not arboricultural contractors)
• Leaf Clearance
• Edge and Border Strimming

We schedule all these jobs and more throughout the year keep the grounds their best.

Our philosophy is to work with nature and so we plan our hedge pruning around the seasons and the natural life cycle of the plants. This means that sometimes, some shrubs will grow a bit out of hand in the leadup to them flowering. We do this for 2 reasons; flowering plants are there to flower – it brings wildlife into the garden and this helps keep the ecology of the gardens well balanced; someone planted flowering plants originally with a view to them flowering – it would be a real shame to not be able to enjoy their beauty.

Property Services – Cleaning

Again, we attend wither on a weekly or fortnightly basis depending on the requirements or foot traffic of the buildings in question. Some jobs are done on every visit, others on a rotating basis, again depending on the requirements of the buildings.

Per visit jobs:

• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Glass cleaning (internal doors)
• Rubbish clearance
• Tidy of bin stores

Rotated jobs:

• Emptying cigarette bins
• Dusting cobwebs
• Checking and replacing light bulbs in communal hallways
• Disinfect bins and bin stores
